01What we collect

When you contact us or use a calculator, we collect your name, business name, email and phone number, and anything else you type into the form. When you engage us, we also receive the plans and documents you send us to price. Our website collects standard analytics, such as which pages were visited.

Our calculators run in your browser. What you type into them is never sent to us unless you press "email results".

02How long we keep it

Enquiries, calculator results and mailing list details are deleted after 60 calendar days, unless you become a client.

Anything relating to work we do for you is kept while we act for you, and afterwards for as long as we need it to meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your plans and drawings and we will.

03Who else sees it

We use ordinary business services to run the site and the office — form processing, email, analytics and cloud hosting. Some store data overseas.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your drawings. We disclose information only where the law requires it.

04Security, access and complaints

We take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. To ask what we hold, correct it, delete it, or raise a concern, email [email protected] or call 0451 404 645.
